I've decided to create this blog for those who are interested in collecting performances from the golden age of classical recording, specifically Mercury Living Presence, the RCA Living Stereo Series, and (what is now called) the Decca Legends Series.
At present, I've focused on collecting SACD, enhanced remastered CDs (24bit/96khz), and standard CDs, although I may branch out into reel to reel tape in the future. My current top priority is acquiring out of print CDs, before they become to hard to find, and SACDs, before they stop making them entirely.
